What challenge were you trying to address with BluChip Solutions LTD?

I needed to hire an IT support team to manage my point-of-sale (POS) system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BluChip managed my IT services and solutions. They provided technical support for the POS system, which was built by a different provider. Their team also managed my platform’s infrastructure.

What is the team composition?

Around five people from the BluChip team worked on the project with us.

How did you come to work with BluChip Solutions LTD?

I followed a recommendation from someone who introduced me to their team.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost has been fair for someone running a small business.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together for a few months between May–July 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Bluchip outperformed previous vendors I’ve worked with and they’ve enhanced the integrity of my system.

Although we didn’t follow a formalized system to manage the project, I was always able to get in contact with their team when needed. They were available to help with my challenges and they supported me in creating a quick implementation process.

Bluchip’s expertise helped ensure the integrity and strength of my system.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be useful to have an account with all the relevant information about my system available with the click of a button.

I’d recommend working with Bluchip; I’ve already referred a connection of mine to hire them.
