Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
I am looking for a developer to create a very simple application for an iPad. The application would consist of a legal document that would be displayed that a user could sign. When the application is opened, the user would be prompted to enter an event name and date. Once a ‘Go’ button is clicked, a legal document would be displayed. The event name a date would be embedded into the legal document.
There would be a text field for the user to enter their name, and a signature field for them to sign. There would be a submit button at the bottom of the page. Once the submit button is clicked, the file would be stored locally (in whatever format, pdf, jpeg, png...) and/or uploaded to a cloud service (whatever is easiest, iCloud, google docs, etc) The legal page would be branded with our logo, a black background and large, white text.
