The project will be executed in four phases, each with its respective deliverables and timeline.

1. EcoChain Blockchain & EcoCoin: Sustainable, eco-friendly blockchain with a native token.
2. Proof of Sustainability Mechanism: Unique consensus model incentivizing green behavior.
