Blackex Business Consulting is a veteran-owned firm in Philadelphia, founded by Air Force veteran Terrence Craddock. We work with owner-led companies that have strong sales and not enough profit to show for it.
Most of the time the cause is several small leaks: prices that have not kept up with costs, work delivered but never billed, customers who cost more than they pay, slow collections and paid time that is not productive. We find those leaks, put numbers on them and build a clear plan to close them.
