Blackbit consulted us on a change of CMS from WP to Hubspot. We wanted more faster changes in DIY without a webdev agency to support all time. We had the designof the Re-Launch ready at hand and Blackbit created the Hubspot CMS Templates.

They always were very clear in there consultancy and quick and execelent in their web dev work. Also we implemented with their support Hubspot as our new Sales and CRM Dashboard. The outcome ist perfect and to work on content for better SEO is just perfect.

Also the all over performance is rising and the ongoing handling is as easy as never before also regarding leadtracking and sales.  Price, Peoples Konwledge and Service and the outcome are just what we were looking for. Now they support as maintance Partner on all Hubspot and outher WebDev issues. Thank you Mario, Wanja, Stevano ur great people to work with!

The all over work and knowledge gaph of all employes. The easy to understand explanation of complex tasks. The absolut transparant accounting. The team's super fast response to all questions and always possible inclusion of extra tasks were unique. The extra really nice people and their references.

Blackbit developed a Website based on Hubspot for us following specific design instructions and programming these to actually work. So no basic templates but individual designs that were programmed as individual pieces that we could then  re-use and re-arrange differently on each page. They did an awesome job despite the challenges we gave them!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new Website performs much better than the old one. Within days we saw an increase in visibility (sistrix) and some of our high priority keywords got much better rankings over the next few weeks too. Apart from this thanks to Hubspot everyone in our team can now create website pages and work on our content - even without any programming skills. That's making us much more agile and flexible.

Blackbit kept their deadlines and promises most of the times. Our contacts were always nice, helpful, full of ideas for improvement and solutions to our problems and wishes.

I have not worked with many agencies, so I am not sure how they differ from others. I would definitely work with them again.

The timeline for the website launch had to be postponed - I can't quite remember why. But I think it had something to do with implementing the content. Mybe Blackbit could have given us access to Hubspot at an earlier stage, but I am not enough of an expert to know if that was even possible.

We were looking for a database which imports existing data and matches this wih new data to be combined in a web-to-print solution. We use this in sales marketung to make product offers available to retailers. Existing data needs to be updated daily and we as a customer must be able to make individual changes to data in order not to disturb other systems that are fed with the same data such as our B2C webshop.  Blackbit did the setup of the database and all implementations necessary for the printable solutions. Blackbit also supports and updates the database upon request.

Once the database was set up we just require changes and updtaes from the project team. These are on request and we measure the success in providing solutions and achieval of the task assigned.

The project team responds to emails with low prioority within 24 hours, in urgent cases ther is direct reaction, contact via telephone or teams if needed. They have always delivered on time and informed us about progress for longer or more time-consuming tasks.

I personally think that a professional relationship must be reliable, deliver accurate results on time, and have a friendly contact. This accounts for both sides, the comapny has to deliver their tasks and we have to pay our bills on time. If I were in need of support for a more creative task such as developing cvisuals and structure for a new website I would want to have creative solutions even with a tight budget.
