Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the CEO of andavis. We’re a software development company that sells B2B apps to contract clearness and cleaning industry manufacturers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bizico?

We had to introduce new database logic and REST services into an existing .NET backed. We also needed a fronted developer to help with an Angular, hybrid app.

What were your goals for this project?

We were looking for a strategic partner to support our development team here in Germany.

How did you select this vendor?

We compared them to other development teams and they were successful with their first test project.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They introduced new permissions and permission groups, and enabled license management. They also developed new functionalities in the background to check driver licenses.

What was the team composition?

We worked with one backend and one frontend developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our product is new, so we have many requirements coming from our new customers and our development team couldn’t handle them alone. Bizico’s support is crucial to our launching new features quickly and satisfying our customers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had a project manager but, as out team was small, they came on later. It runs fine now. The developer worked with our Jira issue tracking system and used it and Confluence for specifications.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Bizico supports us quickly when we need more people, which is important as our business is hard to predict.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

I haven’t found anything as of it.

I am the CEO and co-founder of Growmatica, a company that provides lead generation services for IT companies in Europe.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bizico?

We hired Bizico to create a structured online learning system for secondary schools in Europe. 

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to create a friendly UI that enabled teachers to edit their courses and schedules, students to take tests online, and parents to track their students' progress. We also wanted the ability to impose access restrictions. 

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We had submitted a request for developers with .NET expertise, which Bizico had. We first had a few calls with their CEO, then with the team that was assigned to the project. Their work ethic convinced us to proceed with them. 

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Bizico was responsible for both back- and frontend development, as well as testing and project management. The frontend was built on Angular and the backend on a range of .Net applications, including .Net Core, Asp.Net, Asp.Net Core, Asp.Net MVC, and Asp.Net MVC Core, as well as GIT, AWS, and Redshift.

What was the team composition?

Bizico’s team, which was based entirely out of the same office for the duration of the project, consisted of two senior .NET developers, one mid-level .NET developer, one senior full stack developer, three mid-level full stack developers, and one QA engineer. The QA engineer eventually took on the additional role of project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Not only does the system help organize the secondary school education process in general, but teachers are now in full control of their schedules to manage at their convenience. Students who are unable to take tests in the classroom can take them remotely, and parents have full access to their children's accounts to track progress and success.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Maintaining seamless communication during a project is often difficult when the team members are spread across different countries. Therefore, we decided to involve a project manager for the Ukrainian team who would work from the same office as the rest of developers. This facilitated smooth, well-organized communication and allowed us to stay up-to-date with any and all progress. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with the overall team management and work organization.

They can improve their English, as it is not their native language.
