BizCloud Experts has helped us rebuild old operational processes into AI-driven, technologically advanced processes that streamline multiple areas of our company. The team has applied AI and custom solutions for outdated processes to help cut costs and increase efficiency in multiple departments. BizCloud Experts has also developed a buildable framework for continued innovation for our company in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

BizCloud Experts has helped us increase our website traffic by 35%, streamline 70% of our frontline operational processes that were previously manual, and lower our overhead by 18% through streamlined processes. Overall, our goal was to position our company to meet the industry standard for technology and innovate ways to surpass it.Moreover, we’ve developed our projection software that could be licensed to other businesses like ours. BizCloud Experts has found a way to take our pain points and create solutions to innovate past what we thought was possible. As a result, we’ve seen a 10.8% growth in revenue.
