Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the director of a small company in New Zealand. I hired Bixtel services as I am Colombian and an acquaintance of the owner told me about them. Worst mistake ever!

For what projects/services did your company hire Bitxel, and what were your goals?

I needed an online platform with courses and the design of an App that was going to be integrated with the online platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A person we know in common. I have to say I don't know anything about IT stuff, and at the beginning Oscar seemed to be very knowledgable and trustworthy. This and the competitive price were the deciding factors.

• Portal web migration and hosting Online Platform (Promised Delivery: 15 working days)
• Technologies: Php 5.4 - 7.0, MySQL, Jquery, Zml, Json, Html5 App design and launching for IOS and Android (Promised Delivery: 2 months)
• Technologies: Sketch - Marvel, Swift IOS, Java android, Json, Webservice, Php 5.4 - 7.0
• The app meant to have Users Profile, Management Profile and Commerce Profile (for partners)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app was never delivered. It's been 2 years of waiting. The online platform was partially delivered 18 months after we finished passing all the courses and information to the company. After it was partially finished, we have to work with another company for around 4 months to fix it and finalise it.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

It was awful! I paid for the whole job ahead, as it was cheaper and once Oscar took my mind he totally forgot about me or my project. There was no communication or care whatsoever, I pretty much had to chase him and beg him for updates. A liar who kept dragging things to gain time I.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is impressive the way Oscar did not give time to the project, and I lost money because he did not finish on time. Also impressive is the way he lies and tells you a lot of B.S and how he can drag one simple task for months and months.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Just being honest. Respecting people's money and timeframes. Just being professional. This is not a real company, this is a joke.
