OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Heelf Infotech?
We had noticed a decline in social responsibility and have decided to build a social news network for public accountability.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We posted a proposal to Fiverr, Upwork etc. On interview Ekta Padaliya and her husband Patrik claims that they are both front and backend developer with the skills to develop a full scale, secured app.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The team conducted a market research, used design thinking to adopt a solution, and used proto oi to design a mock-up. The team developed a prototype. This mock up and prototype was used to explain the project to Heelf Infotech. We agreed on the project and started work. Two months in Ekta and Pratik all of a sudden stated that they cannot build the backend. The budget changed as we have to source another team. New resources discovered that the design was no good. They refused to refund the rest of the money or share the source code.

Only Ekta Padaliya and Pratik. Just 2 resources
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
No outcome except screenshots. But they have received payment of $2800 every month from February to September using Wize payments
