Bigger's team of developers was quick to respond to issues. Our project manager Guille and team lead Franco really took care of us and our needs. They were great to work with.

In projects anything can happen. Alot of unforeseen things can happen. They could improve in managing client expectations. Setting up realistic timelines that can be achieved. I guess this is a testament of them really trying their best in the projects that they take on. Though our project didn't finish on the set time, overall, Bigger did a good job on Building our MVP.

BiGGER helped us from the conceptualization of the platform to the actual development of our Core API platform. They helped us integrate local payment rails in +5 countries, build our proprietory APIs as well as develop the amdin. and merchant dashboard.

They have also helped us build a community-powered smart contract liquidity pool that allows payment companies to access instant liquidity for their card operations as well as individual lenders to obtain a yield in exchange for provinding this liquidity.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our platform is now live and fully functional, from the APIs to the merchant and admin dashboards.

They are very implicated in the development of our platform, fitting perfectly into our team. It is the same as having an in-house team in terms of developments, how seriously they take everything and how fast they pivot together with the business team to satisfy the changing environment of a growing startup.

Hedge Effective Advisory is digitalising the way we report and share accounting reports with our client base. The new reporting tool is called Hedgehog, and clients can access it via the cloud. The Admin team at Hedge Effective Advisory will need to be able to load client data into Hedgehog and then run the reports, which will be populated into the system ready for review by the Approver.

Once the reports have been approved, the clients will be notified by email, and they can access the reports. There will be approximately ten reports in total.

We have successfully launched the software to some of our existing clients, and the feedback has been positive. This was achieved on the budgeted timescale.
