I’m the chief editor of Infogion, a content-driven platform that helps founders, operators, and IT decision-makers make informed technology choices by providing practical insights on AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging tech, focusing on ROI, adoption, and long-term impact.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bigfat AI Labs?

We needed an AI agent to automate our content research process and create the first draft of the content.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bigfat AI Labs developed an AI agent to do content research based on our chosen topic, keywords, and news posts. The AI agent also had to do analysis and suggest what was suitable for our audience. Additionally, the AI agent had to write the first draft following our editorial guidelines. Bigfat AI Labs delivered a fully functional AI agent and provided UI, reports, and process details.

I found Bigfat AI Labs through a referral. I chose them over other options because their pricing fit our budget and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Bigfat AI Labs from March–May 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We could clearly see progress in how quickly Bigfat AI Labs’ team understood our requirements and then turned ideas into working solutions. They kept the project moving without delay. We tracked time saved, content output increase, and research accuracy improvement after implementing the AI agent. Previously, one post’s research and writing used to take four hours; it was reduced to one hour. The quality was fine.

How did Bigfat AI Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Bigfat AI Labs’ project management was excellent; they delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by how quickly Bigfat AI Labs understood our requirements and came up with a prototype. They then worked with us to deliver the actual solution.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn’t think there was anything they could improve on.
