I am the Founder of Stelmahub. My agency provide personalized trips and travel services of any kind.

I worked directly with Justin, Chief design officer. He heads both the branding team and digital products team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new brand identity helped as standout from our competitors and our online presence grew over the early launching. And with extra assets that they provided out of the scope that where important for marketing our brand.

At the early stage, we had 2-3 phone calls weekly to discuss about my company and how we could grow with a good brand image. Each stages and reviews were done on local calls or Whatsapp. They delivered timely as expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Mostly creative, insightful and concern about our long term growth. Their designs are top-notch and human-centered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
