What impressed me the most was that anytime I contacted them, they responded within 5 minutes. And to make this happen, my company's work is properly shared with my team, so even when the main person in charge is off, other team members are able to respond quickly and appropriately. As someone who maintains IT systems, tt was wonderful to have the peace of mind of knowing that they would respond quickly anytime there was a problem with the infrastructure.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Beyond Co Ltd could have done differently?

To be honest, nothing in particular. I am satisfied. If I had to say something, I would say that we were only introduced to the main person in charge at the beginning of the project, so if we had been introduced to a sub person as well, we would have felt more comfortable from the beginning.
