Needs to create a software to schedule physical therapist based on there speciality and assign them to patients with hippa compliance in mind, also needs to create billing system for agencies and sends out auto generated invoices at weekly and monthly basis.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We asked Bexel Studio that we need a scheduling and patient management system that needs to be Hippa Compliance because of the our clients patients information is so critical and should be remained private. 

We interview couple of software development companies to help us achieves our goals towards scheduling and billing software and we decide to move forward with Bexel Studio because of their system understanding and previous case studies that was similar with our practices. During the development they helped us a lot even with micro business decision taht even improved our daily workflow. 

Its was our best experience so far with numerous software companies that we tried and failed but Bexel Studio completely delivered what we need also have the best maintenance system for our future needs or problem's that we faced during the transition, they helped and trained our employees to work with software and our custom needs to get the best out of the system.

They delivered all our requirements and needs on time even though we had some decision changes during the development and they implemented our business model to the software.

Knowledge, knowledge, and knowledge. also there are very friendly during the entire process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bexel Studio could have done differently?

Nothing in mind, but I think they need to improve their online appearance to have more clients
