BelVG deploys to production every month. No other metrics are needed because the team develops features from our backlog. Each feature passes QA and is deployed without bugs, meaning it's a success from a development perspective.

How did BelVG perform from a project management standpoint?

BelVG delivers on time. We communicate directly with the developer most of the time and involve the project manager on rare occasions when needed as we have our own internal project manager. We use email, Telegram, and Trello for project management.

Yes Belvg delivered on time and performed an agile approach to project management. All tasks were tracked in jira tickets and they responded to urgent needs immediately. Even during his vacation, one of their devs Oleg performed a critical deployment for us and joined urgent meetings as needed. Nikita, our PM, was also great at organizing our Jira board to ensure items were prioritized and delivered on time. Overall Belvg is excellent!
