We have informative, effective and short meetings every week that help me understand where things are at. We had difficulties with the payment due to the international process, and Belkins was very unflexible and started the contract time without delivering anything for two months. When we finally paid, they just executed one month (December), the worst month to make business appointments. They didn't try to catch up with the plan and ended the service.

They were not interested in making long-term relationships, and they didn't care about the quality of their delivery. The only two appointments that we had were just accepting the appointment because of the aggressive approach of the SDR. Belkins is tasked with contacting hundreds of leads on our behalf each month with the purpose of driving meetings with our internal sales team. Secondarily, they pass along leads that do not book meetings to our company for direct outreach and internal email marketing campaigns. Finally, they assist in ad hoc lead generation requests supporting targeted outreach by our sales team.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Belkins is tasked with booking 10 meetings per month with leads that fit our ideal customer profile. They have delivered on that in 5 out of 6 months of collaboration, and have exceeded the KPI as a total, with some highly active months offsetting the slow month (December). They have also turned over between 1000-1500 quality leads on a monthly basis for our direct outreach, and have brought us 10 new customers over the course of our collaboration so far.

Belkins is timely & thorough, following through on all their projects and promises. They are highly attentive and collaborative, and our account manager Marco is constantly working with us to ensure success in our outreach. The behind-the-scenes team are pros, maintaining solid email deliverability and continuously delivery quality leads.

The only issue is the time zone difference; Belkins is based in Europe and we are based in California. While we make this work, it does limit the flexibility in meetings times and same day response.
