The company focuses on premium home entertainment solutions, particularly Philips TVs featuring proprietary technologies such as Ambilight, which projects ambient light from the screen onto surrounding walls to enhance viewing immersion.

Belgrav was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of an online store for Philips Polska TV & Audio, enabling direct-to-consumer sales of televisions and audio products in the Polish market. The project covered the full lifecycle from technical architecture and e-commerce engine development through coordination, planning, and system integrations.

Belgrav led the design and build of the core commerce engine, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with brand and commercial requirements. They managed project coordination across stakeholders, defined the implementation roadmap, and oversaw integrations with payment, logistics, and product information systems. Throughout the engagement, Belgrav provided strategic and technical guidance on optimal solution design and platform capabilities, contributing to efficient decision-making and long-term maintainability.
