They have an easy-to-use software, and the main advantage is that the payment is only one time. The support is good as well. The software contains almost all the needed functions to fix any problem, It was customized to our specific needs.

About 4-5 people are still working for us to keep us up to date. Shihaz, the implementation manager, Vipin Project manager of beams has also been a great initiator for us.

With outdated software, we have a lot of trouble taking orders and managing restaurants. Luckily, beams has come along in that time. Since then, all has gone smoothly. working without stress.

In order to solve all our problems, we need a solution. We can achieve our goals with the beams. Using their custom restaurant management software, KOT, and simple order taking mobile apps, the waiters are able to take orders quickly and easily. This has made our jobs easier and lot of time savings.

Waiters can manage tables and take orders through the bistro app. Following that, orders are automatically sent to Kitchen KOT. This time, the chef knows which orders are live so that he can prepare them. Billing is also managed by the bistro POS. Through that master, we are able to manage all our modules. Overall, a very clean and efficient management system.
