For what projects/services did your company hire Barwenock, and what were your goals?
Barewenock is a team of professional engineers. Magento direction is not our main speciality for the inhouse team. In this case we became partners to cooperate on one of our projects where the engineers from Barewenock is in close collaboration with our development team.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After several meetings, we made decision to proceed based on the skillset and cost estimate for the project.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
There is a close interaction with the clients team for the sprints and milestones. The review of provided work is received ones a month.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There are two senior engineers and the support of the team leader.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The team makes a huge effort to provide the results on time and according to our requirements.

The team has daily stand-ups with the PM and the team leader. The communication with the teams is at the good level with no issues so far. There were a few difficulties in the passed but we managed it quickly by the replacement one of the engineers.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The individual preaches to your requirements.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
At the beginning of the collaboration, we had a few issues. However, the management team reacted promptly to resolve.

We hired Barwenock for consulting about issues in our website performance, due to mistakes in code base programming.

They did a deep inspection in our website configuration and gave us all the results with the main issues and it' root cause, so we can work on it.

This was a short consulting project it consisted of two stages. First Barwenock made a dep inspection of our website, checking out our codebase and our configuration files, after this they presented the results of the research.
