The salesperson was very confident in solving my problems.

We had kickoff meeting, followed by setting up a basecamp project management. Key deliverables were create automation of documents, setup google maps for our properties, create membership, establish subscriptions for products that expire and notify customers of expiring contract with a link to auto renew subs...and more

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Nothing was tested before golive and it was a disaster

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication could have been better, basecamp project notes were no longer available for my review when problems surfaced.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A lot of promises and good vibes early on. They had many good reviews.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not give up on the customer when the site doesn't do what its supposed to. Admit faults, own problems.  After-sales support was horrible, they took my money and left me hanging.
