What I find most differentiating is the way they care about people - both at client side, and their consultants. We were constantly in touch, hence we could adjust things needed very early. They were very open to feedback, also the challenging one. And asked for it regularly.

Obviously, there are always areas for development but in this case I don't see anything that was not taken care of properly or adjusted immediately when needed.
