What challenge were you trying to address with B2 Interactive?

We hired B2 Interactive to build a custom software.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team gives me different codes of plugins that I can insert into my website, and so far, they’ve given me four distinct things. The first one includes customizable stock data and charts that I can mix and match to align with my website’s theme. The second one involves our press releases. Once we issue a press release, we have a tool that looks for stock tickers 24/7, and the minute it finds one, it places the tickers on the site within seconds. 

The third feature includes the various documents that our customers must file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The fourth one enables us to send email alerts to customers once they click the follow me button. Once that’s activated, we can send customers real-time information about our company.

What is the team composition?

There are 8–10 people working on our project, but we only interact with two people from B2 Interactive.

How did you come to work with B2 Interactive?

I knew them since 2007 or 2008. As a result, when I started my own company, I reached out to them. After that, we started working together immediately.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $15,000. We spend $400 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2019, and our relationship’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The features they’ve developed for us have given us a lot of credibility. There are definitely other companies that show the same data as us, but as a small business, we’re establishing ourselves as a legitimate company through the tools we have. Their forward-thinking also helps us project what we need. Overall, they’ve exceeded our expectations.

How did B2 Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re also easy to work with, and they’re always happy to answer our questions. Furthermore, we’re impressed by the way they interact with us. We’re always aware of what’s happening with our project, and B2 Interactive always calls us back within minutes when we reach out to them. We communicate through phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always ready to help, and they’re very supportive. They also have a highly responsive service model. On top of that, they constantly innovate, and they always research what tools companies need and want.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think they have any areas to improve.
