As the Product Designer, we partnered with Axisway to enhance our digital presence through the design and development of our UI/UX, web platform, and mobile application. The collaboration focused on delivering a user-centric and visually engaging experience across all digital touchpoints. Here's an overview of the project scope and key deliverables: 

1. UI/UX Design: Comprehensive design process including user research, wireframes, interface design, and usability testing to ensure an intuitive user experience. 
2. Web Platform Development: Development of a responsive website with robust backend functionality, integrated CMS for content updates, and SEO optimization to enhance visibility.
3. Mobile Application Development: Creation of native iOS and Android apps with features such as real-time notifications and mobile payment integration for a seamless mobile user experience.
4. Key Deliverables: Included detailed design documents, fully functional web and mobile applications launched after extensive testing, and training materials for staff.
