Axiolo was responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and increasing brand awareness within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. 

Their scope of work included creating and managing paid and organic LinkedIn campaigns, developing marketing content and creative assets, supporting product launches and conference campaigns, rebuilding our website from the ground up, optimizing website content for SEO, and monitoring campaign performance to continuously improve results. 

They also worked closely with our commercial team to ensure that all marketing activities were aligned with our business objectives and target audience.

So far, I cannot think of any clear areas that need improvement. The team has been responsive, adaptable, and consistently open to feedback throughout the engagement. If any do arise, I am confident we will be able to work through them together.

CleanSpace initially engaged Axiolo to support our website development, SEO strategy, and PPC campaign management as we worked to strengthen our digital presence and generate qualified leads. As our internal marketing team has grown, our partnership has naturally evolved, with Axiolo becoming an extension of our marketing department through ongoing creative and design support. Today, Axiolo provides graphic design services across a wide range of marketing initiatives, including sales collateral, trade show materials, social media graphics, digital advertisements, presentations, project sheets, branded templates, website updates, and other marketing assets. Their team consistently delivers high quality creative that aligns with the CleanSpace brand while remaining responsive to changing priorities and aggressive timelines.  Their ability to adapt as our marketing organization has matured, along with their collaborative approach and reliable execution, has made them a trusted partner and a valuable extension of the CleanSpace marketing team.

One of the most significant outcomes of our partnership with Axiolo has been the ability to substantially increase the volume of high quality marketing materials produced while maintaining brand consistency. By serving as an extension of the CleanSpace marketing team, Axiolo has allowed us to execute projects much more quickly, meet aggressive deadlines, and support a growing number of business initiatives without sacrificing quality. Their design support has improved our overall efficiency, enabling our internal team to focus on strategic marketing initiatives while knowing creative assets would be delivered reliably and on schedule. As our organization has continued to grow, Axiolo has scaled alongside us, making them an important contributor to the success of our marketing efforts.

Axiolo has always been organized, communicative, and easy to work with. As an agency supporting multiple clients, there have been times when turnaround was not as immediate as it would be with a dedicated in house designer, which is understandable. That said, they have consistently been transparent about timelines and have always made every effort to accommodate our priorities. When projects have required expedited support or tight deadlines, the Axiolo team has been responsive and willing to adjust their workload to help us meet our goals. They are collaborative, receptive to feedback, and genuinely invested in our success. We have always appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile when it matters most.

What has impressed me most about Axiolo is their ability to evolve alongside our organization. They didn't try to fit us into a standard service model. Instead, they adapted as our needs changed, transitioning from a digital marketing partner to a trusted extension of our internal marketing team. One of the things I value most is their ability to take ideas that aren't fully formed and turn them into actionable solutions. I could often "brain dump" where I felt the marketing department or organization needed to go, and their team would help organize those thoughts into a clear strategy, offering recommendations and practical solutions rather than simply waiting for direction. I also appreciated their consultative approach when it came to budgeting. I could come to them with a defined budget and say, "Here's what I can invest. What does that realistically look like?" They were transparent about priorities, helped us maximize our investment, and developed solutions that aligned with both our goals and our resources. That level of partnership and trust is something you don't often find. They have taken the time to understand the CleanSpace brand, our industry, and our expectations, allowing them to produce work that feels like it was created in house rather than by an outside agency. Their flexibility, strategic mindset, and genuine investment in our success are what truly set Axiolo apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Axiolo could have done differently?

It's honestly difficult to identify a significant area for improvement. The only challenge we occasionally encountered was balancing priorities during periods of unexpected, high volume work. Our marketing needs can change very quickly, especially when major proposals, client presentations, or new initiatives arise with little notice. In those moments, everyone is working to respond as quickly as possible. Axiolo was always transparent about their workload, communicated timelines clearly, and made every effort to prioritize our most critical needs. While additional design capacity during those peak periods could have been helpful, I recognize that those situations were driven more by the unpredictable nature of our business than by Axiolo's performance. Throughout our partnership, they remained flexible, collaborative, and committed to helping us succeed.
