Every managed client gets a dedicated point of contact, a ticket portal, and a direct line to the help desk. Day-to-day requests come in by phone, email or the portal and are triaged the same hour. We hold a quarterly business review with the owner or office manager to go over what we fixed, what we're watching, and what's coming up (renewals, hardware refreshes, compliance deadlines) so nothing is a surprise. For projects we write a one-page scope before we start and send a short update at each milestone.

Onboarding runs about two weeks. Week one is discovery: we inventory every device, account, license and vendor, document the network, and run a security baseline (MFA coverage, backups, patch status, email security). Week two is deployment: our monitoring and endpoint-protection agents go on every machine, backups are verified with a test restore, and we hand the team a one-page "how to get help" sheet. You get a written findings report at the end, including anything we think you should fix first and what it costs.

Our average response time on support requests is under 30 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM Arizona time). Most day-to-day issues are resolved the same day; anything that needs a site visit is scheduled within one business day for clients in the Phoenix metro. Managed clients also have a 24-hour help desk for after-hours emergencies. Project timelines are set in the written scope before work starts.
