Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
Avinix Digital was responsible for designing and developing a complete SaaS-based e-learning and online certification ecosystem for our organization, Prompt Enterprises. The goal of the project was to create a scalable digital platform that would allow us to sell, manage, and distribute certification courses online while also enabling a reseller and franchise network to participate in course distribution.
The scope of work included end-to-end product development, from platform architecture planning to UI/UX design, software development, system integration, and deployment. Avinix Digital built a multi-module system that supports course delivery, student management, reseller operations, and secure online examinations with automated certification.
One of the major components delivered was a centralized Admin Web Portal. This portal allows our internal team to manage courses, students, partners, certifications, and platform operations from a single dashboard. It provides administrative control over course publishing, reseller onboarding, exam management, and reporting.
Another key deliverable was the Channel Partner and Reseller Portal, which enables our franchise partners and resellers to purchase course licenses, manage their students, track orders, and distribute certification programs through their own networks. This functionality allows us to scale our training business through a structured partner ecosystem.
Avinix Digital also developed our course selling website, which allows students to browse available certification programs, enroll in courses, and access learning materials online. The platform includes a secure video delivery system for streaming course content, ensuring a smooth and reliable learning experience for students.
A major technical component of the project was the Online Proctoring Platform. This system allows us to conduct remote examinations securely by monitoring students during tests, helping maintain the integrity of certification programs. The proctoring system integrates with the learning platform to automate exam scheduling, monitoring, and evaluation.
Additionally, the platform includes certificate generation and statement of marks functionality, allowing the system to automatically generate verifiable digital certificates for students who successfully complete their examinations.
Avinix Digital also implemented a reseller purchase order management system, enabling partners to place and manage orders for certification programs efficiently. This helped streamline our reseller operations and improved overall partner management.
Overall, Avinix Digital delivered a fully integrated SaaS platform that includes course management, online learning delivery, partner network management, secure online examinations, and automated certification. The system has enabled us to scale our e-learning operations, expand our reseller network, and deliver certification programs to students across multiple locations efficiently.

After implementation, we were able to expand our training reach beyond physical classrooms by enabling students to enroll in courses and access learning materials through the online platform. This allowed us to serve students from multiple locations without geographical limitations.
