They use a issue tracking software called Linear which I was given access to. They place the tasks there and a PM aligned with me the tasks each cycle to ensure they were prioritized in a way we both agreed with. They were very open to my suggestions and delivered on time.

This may sound surprising but what I found most impressive is that they did everything as expected. There was no excuses or late deliveries. Things just happened.

Not only did they deliver on time, but their team was exceptional to work with. One thing that stood out to me was the low quantities of bugs in their code. This is a testament to their commitment to delivering high-quality products. Additionally, their communication was exemplary. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and were always available to answer any questions I had.

I was thoroughly impressed with their commitment to delivering the software on time. Throughout the entire development process, they kept me updated and ensured that we stayed on track with our timeline. I'm the COO of an grocery and fresh products eCommerce operation that has fulfilled over 1 million items.

We hired Avantsoft to develop our full stack all the way from mobile and web applications for sales to our clients to automation of the fulfillment center, call center and fraud analysis software. We wanted to create a first of kind scalable solution for our segment.

We chose Avantsoft due to a previous positive experience working with their CEO.

We worked with their designers to come up with the frontends of the application. From there they developed the mobile and website applications for sales. For the internal use applications we had several rounds of discussions and studies to settle on the final fulfillment process and employee journeys that should be possible within the software.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, I believe we interacted with around 15 team members from the vendor. The CEO oversaw the project personally due to the high value and importance to our company. There were around 10 engineers that participated in different steps of the project (3 of which remain in the maintenance of the project), 2 designers and 2 specialists for specific parts of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been able to go from a non-existent company to one that delivered over 1 million items to date and growing. The software is what has made it possible for us to scale this far.

In the beginning, we used to have very frequent meetings since there were lot's of details to align. Now a days, we work mostly asynchronously. We negotiate a 2 week roadmap, they make tasks in Linear and we can track the progress.

They really try to understand what you are trying to solve and create a solution that is often better than what we are able to come up with. They often ask question that make us thing: "humm... How did we not thing of that?".

Nothing that I can think of now.

We discussed over WhatsApp the details of the project, had 2 calls and then proceeded on to execution. I was told this is not the type of project they usually work (too small for them) but since I was referred by a trusted client of theirs they made an exception.

I only had contact with one person in the team. I believe he was one of the co-founders.

Avantsoft helped us to quickly get our mobile application to market. We wanted to develop an HR Tech tool that our users could access from their phones to make it quick and easy to apply.

We did a preliminary search of the market and contacted each. The Avantsoft team had the one of the best consulting calls. We ended up choosing them based on their team experience, reliability, and cost-benefit

We initially scheduled a series of introductory calls to explain the project and our expectations from the mobile app. The Avantsoft team suggested a technical framework using Ruby on Rails and React Native. We provided them with wire frames and after a few feedback sessions we had a completed mobile app.

Our main point of contact was with a project manager though some developers would occasionally join our calls.

Within 3 months of launching our app we have had nearly 1000 users onboard and use our product. We're still in the customer feedback stage and are iterating on the current product.

We had weekly sessions with the project manager to review the progress on the app, review the delivery schedule, and align our objectives. Throughout the week, they also kept us informed via email on the latest progress made for the app and any questions they had while developing.

The entire execution of the mobile app was phenomenal! It really blew everyone away. We were also impressed by the reliability of the product. We also really liked how they delivered the product to us a little bit at a time, so we could test new features on our mobile devices and give feedback!

One business person and a designer. There was an engineer but I never spoke to them directly.

We did not have a website before. We are seeing good levels of traffic.

They have a unique ability to understand what is requested and to deliver on it quickly.

Make their quotes prettier. They don't seem to spend much time on their internal materials. It makes it quicker but sometimes its harder to present them to other stakeholders.
