Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We engaged Avaibe to design and develop a complete Learning Management System (LMS) called Minbar. The scope of work included building a scalable web application with three user roles (Admin, Tutor, Learner), implementing secure authentication, and creating tools for tutors to manage courses, modules, chapters, videos, and assessments. Key deliverables included a structured learner dashboard with progress tracking, wishlist, comments, video notes, and automated certificate generation; an admin panel for managing users, roles, and course moderation; and a fully responsive frontend built with React.js and a robust backend using Node.js, NestJS, and MongoDB. The final platform provides a smooth, interactive learning experience with real-time engagement features and complete content management capabilities.
