We paid Australia valued Web over $3000 for a website and SEO package. After months of being incompetent to fix simple things like incorrect phone numbers and description of services, they then send threatening emails saying the website they created is now non-compliant with the disability act and will be taken down and block access to our emial hosted by them, if we don’t pay $4000 for compliance rectification. They are SCAMMERS and send extortion emails on a scam model. So unless we pay them another $4000 which wasn’t flagged in the beginning of the package agreement and no mention of any compliance issues, they are threatening to close down our email service and access to our website. DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY.

Non functional website because phone numbers and services provided are still incorrect. so there is no success that can be measured.

They did not meet deadlines. Clear and concise item details on the website which were incorrect were sent to them. It appears that English is not their first language and simple items like consistent pricing across the website was not delivered. Numerous issues such as phone numbers are wrong. Social media advertising was not at a professional level. We are now being extorted by them for another $4000 to make the website they created compliant to the disability act otherwise they are going to take down our website and deny access to our emails if we don't pay them $4000.
