I’m the CEO of SchoolClub, an elite private school that prepares students for exams.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Aunimeda to accomplish for your business?

We hired Aunimeda to develop a custom CRM (customer relationship management) system, a custom LLM (large language model) for teaching, a mobile app, and boost our website's search rankings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aunimeda developed a CRM system that manages students, their payments, grades, attendance, and teachers. The system also counts money income taxes, sends information to the tax authority automatically, and works on SEO. The team also developed an AI custom LLM that teaches students and a mobile app.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Aunimeda has delivered a successful, fast, and reliable CRM, AI, and mobile app with no complaints. Our website traffic has increased from 60 visitors to 100,000 daily. We’ve also seen a boost in student enrollment and time saved. The system is 10x faster and more convenient, and we’ve already saved millions of dollars and made even more than that.

How did Aunimeda perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Aunimeda is professional and gives unusual, useful tips. We’re glad we listened and ordered a marketing audit on our ecosystem. Their cybersecurity is also top-level.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, it’s perfect. However we'd like to meet irl, but they refused. We don't complain though

We wanted to compete with Etagi, the biggest real estate agency in the whole Eurasian region.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aunimeda has developed our website using Next.js, which they've told us is the best solution for our case. The team has also done SEO work, built our whole infrastructure, and created a custom admin panel. Aunimeda has integrated AI technology to help us auto-post news, make phone calls, and manage social media. The team has also built a custom mobile app and helped with our overall business strategy.

We've gotten 1,000+ visitors every day on our website, and our income has doubled, which is a lot judging by our company size. We also have twice as many leads overall.
