After examining the need, they developed the UI/UX, deciding how to add value to the system and reduce navigation clicks.

I interact primarily with the CEO. But, my team interacts with the UX designer, UI developer, and the application developer. There were also JavaScript, HTML5, and Angular.js experts involved.

Traacs Lite is the SaaS lite version of our existing product Traacs, a tool for end-to-end travel management and accounting. We intend to make the existing product lite by reducing any secondary features that are not frequently used. With an easy-to-use interface and reports to analyze data, Traacs Lite also integrates with the major global distribution systems (GDSs) such as Amadeus and Sabre.

Aufait UX has a small and dedicated UX team of around 4–6 people comprising of UX researchers, designers, and developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From the day we started our collaboration on the project, Aufait UX has played a significant role in decluttering the product’s ideation. So far, they successfully delivered positive results for our product.

Aufait UX is easy to approach, and our communication is hassle-free. They are keen on providing updates frequently and adapting quickly to our feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Aufait UX has helped us journey from a vision of a product to an actual product. Their inputs opened us to new possibilities as well. The engagement has been a pleasant experience overall.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

People spend much more time on our website than before we engaged Aufait UX. The bounce rate fell from 85–90% to 60–63%. The site has an excellent design, and we got the expected result from Aufait UX.

Aufait UX led a productive engagement. They gave us reliable support as well as a lot of ideas and solutions when we needed it. We used phone, email, or visited their office to communicate.
