I hired them to build my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Atrax designed and developed my website from scratch. They managed the entire project, creating a brand new site. I told Atrax that I needed clients to be able to receive quotes for cleaning services, and they implemented that feature. The website also tells visitors about our services and cleaning products. Atrax created logos for the business, and I chose the one I liked.

I worked with Brandon (Founder).

I found Atrax through my personal network. I ultimately chose them because their website was cool.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent $1,500 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project around March 2020, and it ended around June 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Overall, the project was successful. People who visited the website loved it. I was impressed with Atrax’s work.

How did Atrax Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through email. I was impressed by Brandon’s professionalism.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Atrax listened to what I wanted, especially when it came to what features I needed. They took everything I said into consideration.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I didn’t find any areas for improvement.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I didn’t have a deadline for the project because it started when the pandemic hit. I would recommend setting a deadline.
