We decided to work with atomic in order to enhance our drive to getting our name out there and engaging with new prospects, web developement on our service pages, adding keywords to help with our SEO and also social media including LinkedIn and keeping up to date with our socials.

Overall new prospects have been engaging with us, our interactions on our website and socials have increased, and our content is more engaging and detailed plus very regularly.

I love how closely you work with the team and the updates and communication is very helpful to always keep us in the loop, we have lots of ideas and Atomic manage to find a way to put this into place.

I look after the UK DTC Shopify/eBay ecommerce channel for Evolution Power Tools.

For what projects/services did your company hire Atomic Digital Marketing?

Atomic were tasked with optimising our Shopify webstore theme to improve our page load speeds, customer experience and Google rankings

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I filtered a large list of UK digital marketing agencies based on customer review scores, their own website rankings, page loading times, code quality, keyword use and a few other markers. I sent the same request out to 5 agencies, filtered down again based on response time. And spoke to the remaining 3 agencies. Of those 3 Atomic offered the most favourable mix, fast response to in depth technical queries, out of hours availability, price and the kicker, they were the only agency who absolutely guaranteed to achieve a specific measured result with a cast iron money back offer to back it up.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We have a large and busy UK based power tools business with a significant proportion coming from the D2C channel split across Shopify, eBay and Amazon 1p and 3p. Atomic were chosen to help the efficiency of our Shopify store and tidy up our main Shopify theme.

I liaised with an account manager who handled everything, AIUI there were two members of staff working on our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Atomic stated that they would achieve a specific level of performance when measured by Google Lighthouse, they exceeded this level of improvement. They delivered the project exactly on schedule, which was 11 days and they followed through with a best practice guide to ensure that we retain the improvements in page performance as we continue to grow the Shopify store and expand the business,

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Couldn't have been easier, quick response via email, even out of hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They exceeded on deliverables, they under promised and over delivered and did it on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, with a project of this modest scope, nothing at all. It was pretty much perfect, so much so we've engaged them to do the same with our other territories.
