Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an executive of Pami Motors, an automobile workshop, located in London. We provide auto services to all kind of vehicles and are versatile in fields.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Atom Digital was suggested by a friend of mine, he had worked with them on a project before. He stated that the team is really creative and professional, so we decided to get our website designed by Atom Digital

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a series of video meetings with Atom Digital's team, we started the project. They provided us with free hosting and domain for the first year. A designer from Atom Digital reached us with three logos and we finalized the best one. Then they sent us multiple themes for our website and we selected the theme. Within a week, we received an email from Atom Digital, Our website was ready and they surprised us with a bunch of free benefits like domain based email and much more.

We interacted with three of their staff members. A project manager, a designer and a sales manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was a full success. Our website was designed amazing. Our clients can now get a thorough detail of services we provide and it also made us look professional.

The staff was easy to communicate and really professional. They understood each of our requirements and fulfilled them perfectly. They kept us updated with everything through emails.
