The project entailed developing a sophisticated AI-based fraud detection model suited to our specific financial information. The scope comprised data analysis, developing an algorithm capable of learning from past transaction patterns and smoothly integrating the AI model into our existing infrastructure. Their team also conducted extensive testing to assure accuracy and ongoing support to fine-tune the model based on real-time performance.

The most impressive thing, however, was their profound understanding of AI technologies and how best to adapt these to our business demands. Creatively reworking the problem so that they were able to build not only a highly accurate model, but also one that could change as our needs and input sources changed. The team blew up everyone's brains with how committed they were to delivering a functional, top-of-the-line system.

It could have been improved with some interactive and hands-on training for our team to better onboard us and allow us to leverage the model to its fullest on day one.

A. Enhanced Security with Passwordless Authentication:

• Utilizing Auth0's passwordless authentication feature, users now receive one time passwords (OTPs) via email, greatly enhancing security.
•  By eliminating the need for permanent passwords, the risk of compromised credentials has been significantly reduced.
• This streamlined login method, facilitated by Auth0, not only improves security but also alleviates users from the burden of remembering complex passwords

 Atlio Information Technology designed, built and continues to maintain JSTFYD, a platform purpose-built for theinsurance-claim side of our restoration business and embedded it into our day to day operations. They built the system our team now uses daily for insurance justification, carrier communications, estimate support and documentation consistency across every claim, along with the claim recovery tooling our collections department relies on.

The work also included building custom AI agents into our workflow to draft carrier communications and claim documentation, configuring our team's emailand communications and integrating JSTFYD into our existing tools. Beyond the initial build, Atlio Information Technology has stayed engaged with ongoing iteration, feedback cycles, fixes, SLAs and day to day support..

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results showed up where it matters most: profit. From 2025 to 2026 our revenue grew from $4.15M to $5.12M (about 23.5%), but net profit grew from roughly $445K to $2.04M — a 358% increase in the same market, with the same people, vendors and referral partners. The only change was implementing JSTFYD daily. The clearest example is collections: work that used to require three employees, two of them experienced six-figure salaries, is now handled by a single person with no prior restoration or IICRC experience, working about 27 hours a week and consistently outperforming the previous three person team. The efficiency gains let us eliminate our Office Manager position entirely. We didn't just grow revenue; we dramatically increased profit while streamlining operations.

Atlio Information Technology is responsive and iterative. They stayed in regular contact over email and calls, turned around fixes quickly and treated our feedback as the roadmap. We were also impressed by some of the suggestions their team made, many of which were implemented into the overall functionality of JSTFYD. Overall, they were a partner who was motivated to create the best solution possible.

They understood our industry. JSTFYD is built around how insurance claims actually work combating delay, deny, defend not a generic AI tool bolted onto our business. The fact that a brand new hire could outperform a six figure team is strong evidence.

Early on there were a few minor software issues to iron out as we rolled it into daily use, but Atlio Information Technology was responsive and fixed them quickly. This didn't hold back the final outcome.
