I honestly had no idea where to begin. I just had this idea of starting a home decor brand, but I didn’t know how to build it the right way. Atlantiser stepped in and literally walked me through everything step by step.

We started with brand naming. They helped me come up with “Decorelse” which felt fresh, unique, and had the (.com) domain available. They also checked trademark availability to make sure we wouldn’t run into any legal issues later.

Then came the brand strategy. This was much more than just making things look nice. They helped me define who we are, who we’re speaking to, what we believe in, and how we want people to feel when they interact with the brand. That clarity changed everything.

They also created a logo and full visual identity including logo, fonts, colors, packaging direction, tone of voice, and more. Everything felt thoughtful and consistent.

Next was the e-commerce setup. Atlantiser handled the entire Shopify design and development process. From designing each page, setting up product listings, configuring payments and shipping, it was a complete setup. They made sure the entire buying experience felt seamless and aligned with the brand vision. Also setup all the offers and discount management part.

Even after the website launch, they supported us with SEO basics, speed improvements, and taught me how to manage the backend.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For me, the biggest success was watching my idea take shape as a real, recognizable brand. The name Decorelse itself stood out. It felt memorable and different. I still remember how relieved I was when Atlantiser told me the domain was available and the trademark was clear.

Once the brand identity was ready, everything started to feel very real. The logo, the color palette, the tone, it all reflected the kind of modern yet warm vibe I wanted. Even people who didn’t know me personally started recognizing the name and commenting on how premium it looked.

After the Shopify store went live, I started getting orders within the first week. That was a big moment. The website was easy to use, and customers would often message saying they loved how clean and well-organized the shopping experience felt.

Over time, I noticed more and more people discovering us through Google, even though I hadn’t promoted anything heavily. Turns out Atlantiser had quietly taken care of the SEO basics, which helped a lot.

Even our social media presence felt aligned with the brand. The way the logo looked in the display picture, the fonts and colors, everything felt consistent. It gave the impression that we were a professional, trustworthy brand even though we were just starting out.

I’m the CEO of an e-commerce company that sells nonpermanent tattoos worldwide. The tattoos we sell last longer than those made for kids; these are targeted towards adults who want to try a tattoo with a semi-permanent technology before getting a permanent one.

What challenge were you trying to address with Atlantiser®?

I needed to update our company’s website, including branding, graphic design, and the UX design. Moreover, I needed someone to develop some custom functions on Shopify. I had created a previous site using Shopify’s no-code functions and needed to develop other customized features, which required coding and web development expertise.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Atlantiser® has developed our new website. Initially, I created a mock-up for the website’s design and UX using Adobe Illustrator. I was inspired by looking at other sites and designed a detailed mock-up. I was mostly interested in the UX since an e-commerce site is all about increasing conversions and getting customers through the marketing funnel. 

I then gave the site’s mock-up to Atlantiser®, who developed the new Shopify-supported site with custom features based on the design I had created. Since our tattoos come in different sizes, customers can pick the size they want, and a pop-up window opens to show a quick view of the tattoo before customers add it to their shopping cart. Atlantiser® has also designed the site’s UX/UI, written advanced copywriting, and created icons and videos.

Since Atlantiser® has finished my site, they’ve assisted me with maintenance and troubleshooting whenever I need it. Additionally, Atlantiser® manages my SEO strategy. First, they asked me for a list of my site’s top 10–20 relevant keywords. Then, Atlantiser® developed the SEO strategy, and each month they send me a comprehensive report about its performance.

Additionally, Atlantiser® just started working on another project to optimize my site’s speed.

I’ve worked with a total of seven teammates from Atlantiser®, including two SEO specialists and two website optimization engineers.

I originally found Atlantiser® through Upwork. First, I talked to two freelancers, but they couldn’t develop the functions I needed. That’s when I realized I needed a team instead of just one specialist. I then updated my original job posting and received several proposals. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my website design. I had a clear vision of what I wanted, and Atlantiser® has made sure to deliver exactly what I asked them. Having a website that people could navigate easily was really important for me, and Atlantiser® has turned my vision into a reality and done an excellent job. 

When something is not working properly, Atlantiser® resolves it straight away. Since we released the new site, our conversions have skyrocketed and continued to increase month-to-month. Overall, the site's navigation and UX are far more seamless now.

How did Atlantiser® perform from a project management standpoint?

Atlantiser® is outstanding when it comes to project management. They're passionate about building a good business relationship, which we have now. We talk almost daily through WhatsApp and have a Google Meet video call 1–2 times a week. We use Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets to share documents.

As far as meeting deadlines, Atlantiser® has gone above and beyond. They work really fast; for example, I recently asked them to add product thumbnails to all our products and told them it was an urgent task — Atlantiser® completed this task on the same day. 

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Atlantiser®'s work.

I'm most impressed with Atlantiser®'s interpersonal and communication skills. They make us feel like we're their most important client, and that's proven by their efficiency in delivering tasks.

Moreover, Atlantiser® is great at ensuring their customers' satisfaction. If I'm not happy with something, Atlantiser® fixes it even if it takes them more time. They're my safety net because they're available any time of the day.

We had a lot of positive feedback about our branding and social media. Atlantiser®'s creativity was fantastic — the brand communication has been excellent. Whenever we gave them any campaigns to execute, we measured lead outputs through social media and in-person exhibitions, and we always got good traction from the branding they delivered. 

How did Atlantiser® perform from a project management standpoint?

I was very satisfied with Atlantiser®'s project management. We didn't use any specific project management tools, but we coordinated the project in monthly meetings. We had monthly senior-level meetings to discuss upcoming project requirements and weekly progress meetings with their entire team. We communicated daily through phone calls and organized meetings via a calendar.

The creativity in their graphic design work was fantastic.

Content development was a challenge for this project, especially because our target audience was rural, but that is a more generalized issue across our industry.

I’m the promoter for Elauxy, a marketplace for international cosmetic and beauty products in India.

What challenge were you trying to address with Atlantiser®?

My partner and I decided to turn our surgical business into a beauty and cosmetics business with e-commerce and m-commerce support. We started a journey to bring international products to India because quality differs, and many consumers want authentic offshore products. 

From there, we started developing our website project, and we approached multiple marketing and digital companies. We realized we didn’t have subject matter expertise and needed to develop our branding and marketing. Branding would give us an identity in the market and build trust with the customer, so we wanted a unique identity. We wanted to work slowly and steadily to ensure our brand’s longevity.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we met with Atlantiser for them to understand who we were and where we wanted to take our company. Then, they organized a diagnostic workshop to analyze our whole business idea and model. This workshop had a few corporate imperatives: what we brought to the market, what we wanted to give to consumers, and our plans.

Through a process of elimination, we arrived at our company’s meaning, our mission with customers, and how we want people to see our brand in the future. In the following week, Atlantiser presented us with a few name and logo options, and we gave our feedback. Eventually, we defined our logo, and the team wrote our logline and created business collateral for us. 

After they finished the branding work, we enacted our complete digital transformation plan. We chose to use Shopify because it was a quick and easy way to enter the market. Atlantiser designed and developed our website. Our UI requirements focused on clarity, and the Atlantiser team worked on ease of use. We currently have 15 products from one brand in our catalog. The team added them to the website, enabling customers to order and pay. Atlantiser suggested we do product photography for the site. They also uploaded videos and added a feature to click on a product and see the video. 

Additionally, the team has done API integrations. They've also crafted our go-to-market strategy. Currently, Atlantiser does website maintenance, takes care of the site’s uptime, and tracks analytics.

We started with 2–3 team members, and now we’re working with 7–10 people from Atlantiser, including designers and developers. 

How did you come to work with Atlantiser®?

We did a lot of research and approached many leaders in the field. When discussing the project with these agencies, what they wanted to do was completely different from what we wanted. A few friends referred us to Atlantiser, so we approached them. We had two meetings with their team, and they immediately tried to understand us. 

We found Atlantiser innovative, and their reviews were very good. Additionally, they weren’t costly. In the 2–3 days after we approached the team, it became clear that they understood our requirements. 

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent $15,000–$18,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Atlantiser created a fantastic UI that’s very appealing and user-friendly. The design is also unique and not copied from a template. Our customers can find what they want and make decisions quickly. The UX is so rich that our customers want to return to our site. So far, we’ve completed more than 50,000 business transactions, and our ROI is going in the right direction. 

Additionally, we approached a few US and European suppliers and showed them our branding, and they were surprised by the high quality of Atlantiser’s work. When using different providers for different aspects of a business, it can be challenging to bring everything together into one platform. For this reason, Atlantiser is our end-to-end provider; they make sure our branding is in one language they can translate into a website or a digital marketing platform.

While other agencies tend to have one area of expertise, Atlantiser can adapt to any business needs and demands. As a bonus, their diagnostic workshop approach is fantastic. The team has provided good value for money. Even though people told me they were expensive, I don’t find them costly because their delivery is worth the price. 

How did Atlantiser® perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed well in terms of project management. The team has distributed the project into 4–5 areas, and every week they determine the resources needed, from time and money to people and effort. Their expectation about what information they require from us is always very clear. 

When we started the project, we pre-planned via email to define expectations. Then, we put the project into a calendar, and we created a WhatsApp group for small-scale communications. For more collaboration, we call them, and they’re very available. We track the project weekly and have a call every Friday. Atlantiser has done the entire project within our timeline better than expected. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with Atlantiser’s passion for design and innovation. The way they manage and maintain their team is also outstanding. I’ve seen many agencies that say something and then do something else. With Atlantiser, the team is very much synchronized with each other. They’re very clear, and they double-check the balances. Whatever they promise, they deliver on time. 

Proactive communication is most important to me, and that’s a unique quality of Atlantiser’s. Often, agencies work at their own pace, give excuses, and even escalate. Meanwhile, Atlantiser is consistent, which is their key quality. This helps us streamline the project and take it to the next step; we’re always moving from one stage to another.

I needed their expertise in web development and branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’ve relayed my brand vision and project requirements to Atlantiser®’s team, and they’ve produced a mockup based on those. Upon securing my team’s approval, they’ve kicked off the development process and built the front and backend of my website. They've incorporated a drop-down menu for users quickly access our products. Additionally, they’ve integrated our Instagram account into the platform to expand our reach.

Once they’ve completed their main deliverable, Atlantiser® has helped strengthen my branding efforts. We’re constantly working on web updates and deploying modifications to ensure that the platform functions at its ideal state.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Atlantiser organized a special brainstorming session to figure out what we were trying to achieve. We didn’t know there were so many things to consider. The session lasted 3–4 hours, and they got as much information as possible. Then, they based the designs on the information they gathered.

We engaged with five people, including the owner, a project manager, a head designer, a content writer, and another person from the design team.

They helped us wonderfully; the output was really great. Atlantiser helped us beyond their scope of work, so we were 100% satisfied. They helped define the customers’ first impression, and everybody has loved it so far. People say the product looks nice in the market.

Additionally, we’ve decided to roll out new products, so we’ll still work with them. We’ve decided to only go with Atlantiser for our design needs.

Project management was excellent. The communication was clear from the first day.

We wanted to come up with original work based on our research. It had to be unique, and we received that.
