Atlantics

Atlantics is a Mexican custom software and applied AI company based in Tula de Allende, Hidalgo, working with companies across Mexico. We design, build and maintain in production the systems that replace a manual process in your operation.

What we build:
- AI agents that answer and capture requests on WhatsApp and the web, and hand a person what they cannot solve.
- AI that reads invoices, contracts and price lists and fills your system.
- Offline-first field apps: merchandisers, technicians and sales reps capture with photos without signal; everything syncs when the signal returns.
- ERP integrations, so orders that arrive by WhatsApp or e-mail are never typed twice.
- B2B and B2C e-commerce with payment gateways and distributor channels.

Proven in production: for a global tobacco company we built and run GullData, a nationwide field capture platform with more than 1.5 million store visits, 10 million photo records and over 700 days of continuous operation. For Creditice, more than 100 credit advisors get answers from an AI agent without waiting on the internal team.

Atlantics was founded by Rodrigo Aguirre, Project Manager with 15 years at multinationals (Scrum Master, SAFe 6), and René Ávalos, technical lead with more than 10 years building high-scale systems and a Master's in Software Development.
