Frist, we went through a discovery phase to share our branding materials and go over our goals for the campaign. They then put together a 2-part digital strategy, focusing n writing email blasts and instagram ads. They integrated our MailChimp account into Hubspot so that we could track open and click-through rates.

We worked with an account manager, a social media marketer, an SEO specialist and an email marketer.

The email campaigns were very successful. We had an 80% open rate, which was the highest we'd ever seen, and a 73% click-through rate The emails and instagram ads combined resulted in $100,000 in shoe sales within the first 4 months.

We had in-person meetings twice a month to go over our campaign performance and used email to communicate. Whenever we had a question about something, they were responsive to our needs.
