I’m the founder of Team Sosi, a team operating out of NEO Home Loans, one of the top mortgage professionals in the country.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Aspire Marketing?

I wanted to learn how to generate business on social media platforms.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aspire has helped us develop content strategies and provided us with design services for our social media marketing (SMM) content. We started our engagement with just a few services, but after a few months, we continued adding services to their scope. Now, they’re our full-service marketing agency.

As for SMM, Aspire helps us mainly on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We collaborate with their team to create content for those platforms, and they help me rewrite some of the content we use for videos. Although my team is in charge of posting the content and managing the social media platforms, Aspire also guides us on what type of engagements to have with our community.

Additionally, Aspire has helped us a little bit with email marketing, which has also included rewriting our email copy, and they’ve created an automated nurture campaign. Currently, we’re working on a web redesign project. Their team is revamping our website, and we’re close to launching it. Among the new features that they’re integrating are improved call-to-actions and animations.

What is the team composition?

For our website redesign, we work with an account manager, a copywriter, an engineer, and a designer. As for our regular marketing efforts, we collaborate heavily with (James (Founder & Consultant), a copywriting manager, and an account manager.

How did you come to work with Aspire Marketing?

I met one of Aspire’s team members while traveling, and we started talking about our vision for marketing my business. During these conversations, he taught me some principles that aligned with how I operated my business. After that connection, it made sense to give it a shot and hire Aspire for a trial-and-error period.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Aspire’s efforts have allowed us to grow our social media platforms by thousands of followers, and we’ve been able to generate enough revenue to cover the costs of what we’ve invested in our company. Moreover, the number of opportunities we’ve had as a result of our social media presence has been immeasurable. Thanks to them, we’ve improved our positioning tremendously, and we’re now known as one of the top innovators in our industry.

One of the specific things that Aspire has helped us the most with is rewriting our copy. They’ve synchronized all of our copy, improving our content, which has been fantastic.

How did Aspire Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Aspire has performed well. We’ve had to extend some deadlines due to certain circumstances, but nothing has been detrimental to our relationship. Whenever we face challenges we’re not aligned with, they make up for those, whether it is by ensuring to communicate with us quickly or compensating for the issues with other services. We communicate via WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Aspire’s biggest strength is their marketing strategy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Aspire’s speed has room for improvement.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ensure to be clear about what you want and take the time to talk with them so that they can help you identify your needs. Until your goals aren’t fully clarified, Aspire won’t be able to help you that well.
