Additionally, a brief post-launch walkthrough session covering minor backend management tasks in more depth would have been helpful for long-term internal handling.
That said, these were minor refinements rather than major gaps. The overall execution, responsiveness, and final outcome were strong, and any questions we had were addressed promptly.
