For what projects/services did your company hire Arthia, and what were your goals?

Our business is expanding into five EU countries via Amazon, with European fulfilment. We needed our domestic Amazon page, and the five new pages, to be designed and translated to reflect our unique product - and marketed accordingly.

Daniel at Arthia was recommended to us by a business contact after they had used him on a successful project. After meeting with Daniel, we didnt bother shopping around. The recommendation and Daniel presentation was enough for us to have confidence that he was the right person and company for the job.

Daniel asked lots of questions regarding our company, product and goals. He reviewed our branding and current Amazon page and came up with a plan to incorporate our branding into the new Amazon pages, beef up the photos and descriptions, sort the seo and marketing. We are currently waiting on amazon to activate the pages so the final stage can be completed.

We worked just with Daniel, who is the company director.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately we are waiting on Amazon before we can actually launch. The redesigned pages are translated and are ready to go and are stunning. Beyond our expectations. We have no doubt that once launched, and with Daniels follow up marketing, the project, and our launch into Europe, will be a great success

Daniels communications from the start were excellent. Everything was done when he said it would be, and to a very high standard. We had regular zoom meeting and emails, but also Daniel rang occasionally with specific questions, which generally ended up with us chatting about general stuff - everything from politics to my instagram being hacked.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Daniel's wealth of knowledge was impressive. He was also helpful, and his problem-solving skills were impeccable! You can literally ask him anything and not feel daft for not knowing. He is very approachable and amenable. A couple of times I changed my mind on something which wasn't an issue at all.
