Our Story

I build lead systems for contractors: the site, a quote tool for the trade, an iPhone app for the leads, and Google Ads. One engineer writes the code, builds the ads account, and answers the text, so every lead is traced to the search that brought it. Your domain, your ads account, and your Google profile stay in your name. A written plan comes first, with the price and two dates on it, and nothing is due until you have read it.

What Sets Us Apart

A quote tool built for your trade

A homeowner types an address and the roof is measured from satellite data and priced. An owner-builder enters wall dimensions and gets an ICF block count. A customer picks the size of a move and sees the price. The number shows before the contact form.

Every lead traced to its search

Each request lands on the contractor's iPhone the minute it comes in, with the search and the page that brought it. Site walks, signed jobs, and what they were worth sit next to what the ads cost. The app is on the App Store as Contractor Marketing.

One engineer, and everything in your name

I design the site, write the code, build the Google Ads account by hand, and read every search term twice a week. When you text, you reach me. Your domain, your Google Ads account, and your Google Business Profile stay in your name.

A Site is $1,500, paid $750 to start and $750 at launch. It has a page for each service, 20 town pages, a quote wizard, instant lead emails, and lead attribution with a dashboard. A Site with Tools is $4,000 and adds a quote tool for your trade, map listings on Google, Apple, and Bing, 40 town pages, and project pages. The Lead System is $5,000 to build and $1,000 a month to run, and adds Google Ads built by hand in your own account. Hosting costs nothing, and the domain is about $15 a year in your name.

Signed jobs are sent back to Google Ads, every search term is read twice a week, and you get a weekly report written by hand. The ads are month to month, and a text ends them. I take one client per trade in each market.

Yours. Your domain is registered in your name. Your Google Ads account runs on your card, with you as an administrator. Your Google Business Profile is yours. Care is optional at $150 a month, and if you stop it, nothing is taken down.

Yes. Contractor Marketing is an iPhone app on the App Store, and it comes with every site at no extra cost. Every lead from your site lands on your phone the minute it comes in, with everything they wrote and the search that brought them. One tap calls, texts, or books the site walk. Won jobs record what the contract is worth, so the numbers are in dollars. Your price book in the app sets the rates the quote tool on your site uses.
