I’m the marketing manager of Skailab Supplies EA Ltd, a medical company. We supply medical and hospital equipment, laboratory tools, and essential healthcare products to clinics, health centers, and hospitals across Uganda.

We hired ARM GENIUS to design and develop a professional website that clearly presents our medical and laboratory supply services, improve our online visibility through SEO, and create a strong digital presence that helps us attract and engage healthcare clients across Uganda.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ARM GENIUS has handled the end-to-end setup of our digital systems, including business email configuration, website design and development, and the design and development of our e-commerce platform. They’ve also integrated ARM POS to streamline our sales and inventory processes and provided staff training to ensure our team can effectively use and manage all the systems. ARM GENIUS is responsible for both the technical setup and key functional aspects of the website and e-commerce platform. This includes the full design and development of the website, structuring and presenting our content, setting up the e-commerce system, and integrating payment solutions.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, good value for cost, and company values aligned with ours.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ARM GENIUS has delivered a fully functional website and e-commerce platform that has improved our online visibility and made it easier for customers to discover and engage with our services. We’ve experienced an increase in inquiries and customer reach, along with more efficient internal operations after integrating ARM POS for sales and inventory management. Although we don’t have formal tracking systems in place before the project to provide exact percentage comparisons, we’ve observed a noticeable increase in customer inquiries and engagement after launching the new website and e-commerce platform. We’re now receiving more consistent inquiries through our online channels, and overall customer reach has improved compared to our previous offline-focused approach. Moreover, the integration of ARM POS has significantly improved our daily operations by streamlining sales and inventory management into one centralized system. Tasks that were previously manual, such as tracking stock levels, recording sales, and generating reports, are now automated and more accurate. This has reduced errors, saved time, and allowed our team to focus more on serving customers. Overall, the system has improved efficiency, enhanced visibility into our operations, and made decision-making faster and more data-driven.

They’ve delivered on time. We communicate with them through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ARM GENIUS’s team is humble and approachable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be better if they had in-house social media management services. We’re currently hiring another team for that.

Nam Property Services is a real estate agency in Uganda that deals in buying and selling plots, land surveying, and rental properties.

We created this complete CMS from front-end to back-end, including UI/UX design, logo, and graphic design. We built it from scratch using custom HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Ajax, and MySQL, with custom functionality implemented in PHP for the backend.

This website is not just a website but a content management system developed to link property owners, real estate agents, clients, and investors. Therefore, we had to develop custom software to facilitate these connections. We are currently offering maintenance to ensure the system is secure and running smoothly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since it was a new website, designed by Arm genius, has significantly improved our ability to connect clients with our properties. Through the user-friendly interface, clients can easily browse our listings, view detailed property information, and directly contact property masters and agents.

We have seen a around 850 people visiting our website according google analytics intergrated. 46% increase in inquiries from potential buyers and renters since the launch. This demonstrates the success of the project in achieving our goal of providing a seamless and efficient platform for property transactions.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yeah, sure, Akram kept communicating through weekly status updates and was always responsive to my questions. While there was a minor delay in one deliverable due to unforeseen circumstances, they proactively communicated the issue and implemented measures to get back on track. Overall, I was impressed with their responsiveness to my needs and ability to deliver quality work on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ideology was exceptional in understanding our business needs and recommending innovative solutions. Their expertise I think allowed them to suggest features that we hadn't even considered, such as a blog section for showcasing our expertise and improving SEO and Maps to pin and create a sence ownership too our clients.

Since implementing their recommendations, we've seen a smooth process of acquiring Clients and a 30% increase in leads.

Their ability to deliver a comprehensive solution, combined with their exceptional communication and project management skills, makes them an ideal partner. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and exploring future opportunities to grow our business together.

While ARM GENIUS is undoubtedly a top contender in the African market, there are a few areas where they could potentially enhance their offerings. For example, they could consider offering bundled packages for content creation, copywriting, and graphic design to provide clients with a more cost-effective solution. Additionally, exploring long-term partnership options and offering educational resources could further strengthen their relationships with clients.
