The scope of work included the complete development of the Elysea e-shop from the ground up, strategic brand consulting, and ongoing digital growth support. Arkode-X was responsible for creating a fully functional and user-friendly online store, advising on the brand’s identity and positioning, and setting the foundation for Elysea’s online presence and future growth.

Key deliverables included: 

• E-shop design and development: Creation of a complete e-commerce website, including product pages, shopping cart, checkout process, and a smooth user experience.
• Brand consulting and strategy: Guidance on Elysea’s brand identity, positioning, communication style, and how the brand should be presented to customers.
• Digital marketing setup and growth plan: Preparation for ongoing brand development through social media, Google campaigns, SEO, and other digital marketing activities.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in the successful launch of our e-shop, a stronger and more professional online presence, and clearer brand positioning for Elysea. We also saw measurable progress through organic Google visibility, which led to sales coming from Google without relying only on paid advertising. Throughout the project, we had frequent communication with Arkode-X; they were always available to answer our questions, provide useful advice, and suggest improvements or opportunities that we had not considered before. Their guidance helped us make better decisions and build a stronger foundation for future growth.

Arkode-X managed the project very professionally and responded quickly to our needs. At one point, we had an unexpected opportunity to participate in a Christmas bazaar, so we asked them to speed up the website development and also create discount coupons that we could use as part of the official launch of our e-shop. They immediately adapted to the new timeline, accelerated the process, and delivered the website earlier than expected. The e-shop was fully functional from the beginning and did not present any technical issues. Overall, their communication was frequent, their response was fast, and they showed great flexibility and commitment to supporting our business needs.

What impressed us the most about Arkode-X was their holistic approach and genuine involvement in our brand. They did not just build an e-shop; they understood our vision, advised us strategically, suggested ideas and improvements we had not considered, and supported us in multiple areas such as branding, digital marketing, SEO, Google, and social media. Their fast communication, flexibility, and ability to deliver under pressure made them stand out as a true long-term partner rather than just a service provider.

We do not have any significant areas for improvement. Arkode-X delivered the project successfully, responded quickly to our needs, and provided valuable guidance throughout the process. I don’t have exact percentage metrics available, but I observed clear improvements in website speed and SEO performance.
