Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Arketi developed a content-driven demand generation program built around our “high return hospitality” positioning. The work started with audience research and message development to better understand buyer pain points and where we could stand apart. From there, they helped create and produce The Agilysys Little Black Book of High Return Hospitality in partnership with hospitality author Steve Curtin. It was a smart thought leadership piece that combined broader industry insights with content tied back to our solutions. Arketi then extended that core asset into a larger digital campaign with landing pages, email promotions, and supporting content for audiences in North America and the UK. The work was both strategic and practical, and it gave us a strong platform for engagement and lead generation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The campaign led to a 64% lift in email open rates, 2.5x more content downloads, engagement with more than 4,000 high-value prospects, and first-touch meetings at double the rate of previous efforts.

Arketi was collaborative, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the project. They brought strong ideas and were open to feedback. The team felt organized and engaged, and it never felt like we were just another account in the queue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was Arketi’s ability to take a smart idea and turn it into something creative, usable, and effective. The Little Black Book was a genuinely different piece of content bolstered by implied endorsement and alignment with content from a well-known industry influencer. Arketi did a great job building a broader campaign around this piece rather than treating it like a one-off asset. They understood how to make thought leadership feel unique, informative, valuable and engaging.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Arketi Group could have done differently?

Nothing major comes to mind. We were happy with the brainstorming process, the production plan and timeline, and the end result. Arketi was a strong partner throughout the engagement.

Arketi partnered with Cox Communications’ Market Expansion team to design and execute a data-driven public affairs campaign supporting rural broadband growth. The engagement began with research into the digital divide and its impact on education, healthcare, and economic opportunity.

Arketi developed and fielded a consumer survey across Cox markets, analyzed the results, and conducted interviews with local officials to pair quantitative insights with real-world perspectives. Through an Unearth Workshop, the team refined campaign strategy, clarified target audiences, and aligned success metrics. 

Deliverables included a Fast Facts brief, a research-driven eBook, press materials, animated video content, a dedicated microsite, blog content, and a national content syndication program. Arketi also led event strategy and execution, including a National Press Club program and an in-person reception at the National Association of Counties Annual Conference. The program generated extensive media coverage, informed policy discussions, and supported Cox’s successful pursuit of federal and state broadband funding.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The campaign generated 250+ earned media hits, 1,110 syndicated placements reaching 135M people and engagement with 200+ government officials. Project supported a rural expansion initiative that secured $400M in grants and expanded broadband access to more than 100,000 underserved households.

Arketi was collaborative and well-organized throughout the engagement, staying responsive to our needs. The team communicated clearly, met deadlines consistently, and worked closely with Cox stakeholders to manage a complex, multi-dimensional campaign.
