Our website was outdated and needed to be redesigned. We were also in the process of launching a new division to offer our customers consultation to help them find the best software for their needs.

What were your goals for this project?

Our engagement with Argience Technologies Pvt. Ltd. centered around redesigning our website, logo, and branding. From the start, they helped us prepare for the launch of our software consultancy.

We gave Argience Technologies Pvt. Ltd. three assignments. First, they redesigned our existing website. They formulated goals, conducted the setup, and designed the flow of our new software discovery site as well. Specific tasks included selecting the name, logo, and branding for both platforms.

Avinash (Director, Argience Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) led our project.  His team included a developer, content creator, and designer who all worked in the background.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Argience Technologies Pvt. Ltd. helped us launch our company’s new SoftwareHunt division. We considered their input during every aspect of the process, from selecting the name, domain, and logo to designing a flow for the site and application. They revamped and rebranded the entirety of our existing site to improve its look and feel.

The team adopted an analytical approach that proved extremely useful, especially since we had no existing benchmarks in this new space. What started as a website redesign assignment expanded to include both consulting and branding. This partnership worked very well for us.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

This project generated many useful discussions that helped us position our organization appropriately. Argience Technologies Pvt. Ltd. completed both websites to our satisfaction.

The team uses a consulting-based approach that involves asking extensive questions. They even questioned some of our ideas to help us improve. Their methodology was critical to setting up clear positioning for many areas of our business. Argience Technologies' combination of user experience design, marketing, and branding skills generated useful new insights.

It would be great if they could offer ongoing site maintenance contracts to ensure availability and assistance when needed.

We had taken on nine websites in a 3 month period. Argience has come on board and maintained the technical side of the sites for us. Any day to day updates on the site are handled by them. We also had them rebuild a site from code to Elementor in about 2 weeks. Which included a lot of very difficult integrations.

We searched online for web developers and came across Argience.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock- ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team shared some more design options which we finalised and went ahead with.

We’re quite happy with the website, however it is still in development

We had weekly meetings with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare.

They gave us a professional site that was easy to update. My team had never worked won website development before, so they took the time to teach us how toupdate the content ourselves.

In the first few drafts there were a few minor Issues in different areas. We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues

Please with outcome from the initial deliverables. This encouraged me to increase the scope of work with the team immediately.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was quite smooth. Fast turnaround on communication from their team. From my end, I did find using Goodday as project management portal a bit complicated as its not as easy to keep track of deliverables compared to other portals that I've used in the past (trello/ clickup).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are quick to understand specific needs for a project and adjust the conventional UI/UX accordingly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All content is great, no changes required for this.

Yes. Too much scrolling in the design. Despite repeatedly telling the team that this software is not meant for mobile app the emphasis was given on the mobile aspect. Had to redo the UI in a few places.
