PRA started out as a very promising brand when it launched in the Pune market.Though not an established brand…
name with longevity, customers loved the layouts and the price at which PRA was offering the product to them. Also PRA had a unique first mover advantage in certain locations.
However, due to the litigations & land approvals, delays in govt. approvals and construction timelines, PRA’s image lost its sheen in the last few years. People were disappointed with the Brand & it needed organization restructuring and implement processes & systems to ensure that its Brand did not suffer any further to improve its relationship with its customers & potential customers.
By taking on a strategic analytical approach, we found the ideal positioning that would help PRA standout from the competition & also designed the brand Systems, Identity & Assets that would help succeed in the marketplace.
