I’m the digital marketing manager at Al Qoze Electromechanical, which provides air conditioning repairs, spare parts, replacements, and annual maintenance contracts. Our company serves both residential and commercial customers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Argience?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to expand our horizons. My goal was to digitize our business, grow our online presence, and increase our brand’s exposure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Argience for web development and various design services, including a logo refresh, business cards, email signature, and letterhead. I provided them with some direction on how I wanted the website to look and feel, and they proposed designs. Upon approval, they developed the site. 

Another important deliverable was our profile book, which basically summarizes our website in a print format. The profile book showcases our company’s services, testimonials, and past projects.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Argience did a good job in terms of creativity, and their designs have done a good job of attracting impressions and traffic. Their work has caused customers to choose our brand over someone else’s because of how creative it is now.

How did Argience perform from a project management standpoint?

Payal was great at quickly fulfilling any services that I approached her for. She was quick to initiate projects, open tasks, and assign them to the team. She was always available to answer inquiries and give status updates. 

We used Good Day for project management, and Argience was great with deadlines. At times projects got complicated and required more time, which would be true with any agency. But other than that, their timeliness was really great. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They got good creative work done quickly, and they were a 360-degree solution for all of our needs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they were great at everything they did for us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that you have a sense of direction and an idea of what you want — that will make it easier for you to propose what Argience can do for you. It’ll save both of you time and allow Argience to be much more creative in suggesting approaches to your project.

A lot of people were impressed with the design work, and it provided us with a positive outcome overall. It was clean, well-executed, and it had all the design elements we wanted.

How did Argience perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed well from a project management standpoint. The whole process was well-executed and they stayed on budget and on schedule throughout, so there were never any issues. They were also very communicative and available to us whenever we have any concerns, so it was really convenient for us to get in touch with them.

We mostly communicated through phone and Zoom.

We’re definitely impressed with their design expertise. What distinguishes them from other providers is their creativity.

I didn’t find anything they could improve on when I was working with them.

We worked together from November 2020–June 2021. We will hire them again when we're ready for the marketing step.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They completed the site within the promised time. We don’t have any metrics now, but the work they’ve done is good, and I don't have any concerns about it. 

How did Argience perform from a project management standpoint?

There were some delays, but there were reasonable reasons for it, and there weren’t any communication issues — even the company CEO used to call us, and we had a meeting from time to time. Also, if I were to suggest something wrong, they’d correct me on how I should be doing it, and I liked that.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their CEO constantly interacted with us — the best thing about them is they help you out and always look out for your best interests. We didn't always know what to do, and they were helpful about those things and explained to me how things work — they were great at communicating.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was one instance when I conveyed something to their team, and they got it all wrong. Once we communicated again, it was fine. It all got sorted out, and I couldn’t find any issues while working with them.

I recommend them to anyone looking for a web development company.

I’m the co-founder of Home & We. We’re a New Zealand-based startup company working in the furniture industry. We have an angel investor, and we’ve gotten our first round of funding in December. We’re going to raise more funds close to $2 million in the next six months.

We needed help creating our digital assets, and we wanted to have a rapid development process.

Our previous website was designed by a New Zealand agency in the Webflow platform, and it was developed in India. When we started working with Argience I asked Avanish (Founding Director) if he could use the same website builder. He told me not to worry because, if he couldn’t develop the site in Webflow, then he would develop the website all over again without charging me extra.

Argience has developed a website in Webflow, including the content and other services. Avanish also suggested not working with heavy development tools like Python and Zango. In addition, they’ve created our business plan and strategies in a more detailed manner.

I have three main points of contact: Payal (Co-Founder), Avanish, and Naveen (Leader in Hi Tech Development). Payal figures out what technology and content marketing we need for the business. Avinash helps me understand which platform will work best for us. Finally, Naveen assists me with the creation of the business plan and strategy.

Honestly, I scouted across the globe for a good agency through Clutch ranging from Ukraine, Romania, Australia, New Zealand, and India. I read the reviews that Argience had, and I decided to hire them because Avanish had an in-depth knowledge of the product and technology he was dealing with.

Argience has delivered the website with all the elements in place and on time. They’ve scored five-star marks in delivery. The website looks fabulous, and it’s working well. 

Argience has been delivering key inputs and insights into each project all along. I’m very thankful to Avanish, and that’s something that stands apart from my interaction with Argience’s team.

How did Argience perform from a project management standpoint?

We use a project management tool called GoodDay where I interact with Argience’s team members. Avanish and I have strategy meetings through video calls. 

The deliverables are always on time, but if there's a delay it’s sometimes our fault because we take time to provide information. However, when they ask for information, we search for it and then come back to Argience. We’re trying to understand the technology because we’re new in business, so that’s why we don’t know what they will need. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The aspect about Argience that impresses me is the breadth of knowledge that their team has. Also, the price Argience charge gives them ample opportunity to compete with any global branding, strategy, or technology agency out there. I’m saying this based on my previous experiences with multiple agencies. Argience’s team is very creative, transparent, and professional. They want to help and go the extra mile to give the right tools and knowledge. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Argience could give more detailed information about the scope of each work and pricing. As a client, we didn’t always know the requirements and resources to deliver our product. Argience might add an information document that includes the key elements for the services the client may need, and the services they offer with their cost.

Any advice for potential customers?

I recommend potential customers two things: the first one is to ask questions as much as they can, and the second one is to work closely with Avanish and Naveen within the company.

Even after completion of the project they are still in touch to help us with anything that we need relative to our site. Khsuhali in particular is very helpful, good with her understanding and extremely proactive. Had a great time working with her.
