Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and owner of a workforce engagement and talent acquisition company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Archers Technologies?
We needed their help in developing our recruitment web application.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I work in the recruitment industry, and we needed a web app to process applications through candidate tracking and pipeline management. Archers Technologies has built our system from scratch. They’ve integrated features that allow candidates to access updates and information and implemented multiple recruitment components via HTML and Angular.
Apart from candidate tracking and pipelining, Archers Technologies has developed a job board panel that allows candidates to skim through job postings and opportunities within their networks or preferred departments. They’ve also helped us design our app’s frontend, ensuring that all features are functional and user- and mobile-friendly.
The product is set to go live once we complete all ad hoc adjustment requests and app testings with the help of Archers Technologies’ team.

We work with one developer who’s in charge of the development, architecture, and frontend design of our web app.

I found their team via Fiverr after searching for potential agencies to work with. Upon looking at their profile, I was convinced that they’re a cost-effective and credible company that could help deliver the services I needed.

I haven’t launched the product yet, but I’ve tried it myself, and I can attest to Archers Technologies’ efforts to make the web app fully functional and user-friendly. They’re an efficient and innovative team — they have the ability to turn my ideas into tangible IT solutions.

We communicate via Skype and Slack. Archers Technologies is keen on catering to my ad hoc requests and making sure that their tasks are done within the timelines we set. Apart from being on time, they always make sure that all deliverables contribute to the completion of our final product.

Are there any areas they could improve?
Archers Technologies is a reliable team that could benefit more from organic staff growth. There were times when I wanted to move forward with certain phases, but couldn’t as I had to consider that I was working with a one-person team.

State everything that you need and expect out of your engagement from the get-go. It’s always good to start with a clearly defined project outline.

At the time development is still in place - however about 70% of the app is finished. Considering the scope the results are great.
