We have lost 100's of thousands of dollars in business from clients using this app. It has been a disaster for our company.

It was a failure. Steer clear.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Dima stays calm. But I don't think he can code well nor can his team.

Make a reliable app.

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

Over 2 years it had ups and downs. The update to the review is that the problem was not Appus team code but it was in the SDK that we were providing the developer. This has been resolved now and Appus has completed the project and continues to manage the project successfully

We are so sorry to see a disappointed customer and we apologize for any inconvenience brought by our team. 

However, with full respect to Mr. Kevin, we have to admit that we shouldn't be held responsible for problems that arise in third-party's libraries built by other developers. In this case, a problem arose within the library that works with "Structure Scanner" which is a 3D scanner that connects to the app we built. The app crashes sometimes when the scanner gets activated. 

We did everything we could and tried to resolve the issue with the third-party's support who owns software for the 3D scanner. We received confirmation from them that they know about this problem and that they plan to release a new version with a fix. Mr. Kevin is aware of this as he was a part of this discussion. We were ready to replace the library for free once the new version released, despite the fact that it was not our fault. We are sorry to see that Mr. Kevin decided not to wait for it and laid all the blame on us, probably we weren't clear enough in our arguments. 

We wish Mr. Kevin good luck in his business and hope that all the problems will be resolved eventually by another team. Of-course, we will be more than happy to transfer the paid portion of the source code we made to another company he chooses.
