The platform is now fully functional with live portals for admins, agencies, and agents, including a dynamic listing system with boost, premium, and featured options. Over 20 agencies have signed up, with a significant portion completing their verification and actively listing properties. The XML feed integration has streamlined onboarding, reducing manual work and accelerating content upload. Verified listings are generating more accurate leads, and the implementation of a custom location database has significantly improved search accuracy. The credit/token system is live, driving agent engagement and monetization. Overall, the project has laid a solid foundation for operational growth and user satisfaction.

As per the initial requirements shared by the GinaEx, team Apptunix needs to build a mobile app(iOS and Android) for users. The app, GinaEx, revolutionizes travel and shipping services by connecting travelers and shippers seamlessly. Through a user-friendly interface, it enables travelers to earn by carrying parcels while offering shippers a convenient way to send items. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of features like live tracking and advanced user profiles, ensuring smooth, secure transactions and efficient deliveries.
Apart from this, there will be an admin panel to manage all the application functions, from which the service owner can monitor the different data and actions executed on the application platform and set restrictions. The service owner admin can assist the user with any issue or concern. The Application targets all types of users who want to join projects and contribute their time to impact them positively. The target audience will be users. The user role involves utilizing the GinaEx platform for travel or shipping services, facilitating deliveries, and earning by carrying parcels.

Apptunix has recently lost some people. They are disorganized. They never attend any meetings. Never even let me know they wouldn't attend. It's always some excuses. They need to assign dedicated PM's or engagement managers to the project. Apparently because they lost a lot of people in 2024, they started to assign PM's and engagement managers to multiple projects and that affected their work and availability. 

For example I would ping Reena the project manager on slack and she she told me she's busy with another meeting. Wow, thanks for not taking care of my project.

We started with the design phase where team first shown us the design prototype of the app. After approval and finalisation we started the next phase which was development. Where Apptunix team integrated all the functions of the app like book a ride flow etc. We were testing the app at every steps and giving approvals for every phase. Apptunix team is assisting us at every step and in every issue we are facing by fixing them.

Apptunix was tasked with the creation of an App I envisioned called "Daily Lightamins". The plan was that I would write daily inspirational and sometimes humorous messages. A user of Daily Lightamins would then get these messages sent to them in a random order at a time of the user's choosing. For the first 30 days, they would receive them daily for free. If they wanted to continue to receive them afterwards, they could subscribe to receive them on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. 

Here are some of the features that Apptunix had to handle to make the app:

2. Account creation including password recovery and allowing Facebook and Google as alternatives to traditional accounts 
3. Display current and past messages 
4. Make messages searchable and filterable 
5. Make messages shareable 
6. Allow the user to configure the display

The main manager with whom I have worked has been very amiable. We have communicated often through Slack with occasional virtual meetings. The virtual meetings were more frequent in the beginning but now we only schedule them when we feel like we need one. Most items were delivered on time. The app came out in Google Play about a month later than originally estimated. 

The Apple version has experienced a setback in that Apple has asked for some redesign in order to meet their requirements. Whenever I had a requirement or design change, or found a bug to fix, Apptunix has been quick to respond without giving me a hard time. From what I can tell, they seemed to genuinely care about the app and wanted it to succeed.

They have done a great job with the look and feel of the app. Everyone who has seen it so far has been very impressed by it. They also did a great job with the app logo design as it really stands out on my phone compared to the bland logos that surround it. The price has been very reasonable as well considering the number of development hours that had to go into making this app a reality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Apptunix could have done differently?

Yes, they need to improve the thoroughness of their testing. The app was never extremely buggy, but some rather critical aspects of the app needed much more testing than what it was given. We also probably should have met more frequently early on in the app development stages to make sure we were still on the same page as far as requirements go.

As per the initial requirements, team Apptunix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. needed to build a mobile app (iOS and Android) for customers who are Shopping lovers, want to book a taxi or publish and share a ride, or get a parcel or pallets delivered . 
This app will enable users to order eCommerce products and take advantage of the auction feature to purchase affordable items while using the book a ride or seat model to complete their journeys in a safe, affordable and comfortable manner and more so, enable them to send and receive parcels or packages without a hustle. 
The users will be able to see only the name of the Platform as the source for the orders and the orders will be bifurcated on the backend with respect to the Geo-location to various vendors/merchants. 
The user will be able to use the platform for placing the order for different items or popular products of a particular brand across the globe or it could be Items entered by the Admin or the vendors (after approval from the admin/sub-admin) on the system to be delivered on the lines of on-demand delivery application. 
The whole system will use the geo-location services which will play a crucial role in the order and item management. The vendors will be allocated based on the Geo-fence for the order created by the users through the app and there will be various surveys published by the ADMIN which will be dynamic, giving more direct feedback to the Platform/Service Owner from the end users. 
The objective of the mobile application is to serve as a state-of-the-art platform which will be connecting Customers and their needs in terms of the products that they want to shop online. The AIM of the platform will be to help the users by facilitating a digital way for them to use the app for ordering different items based on the Platform, through which the platform will help the vendors in increasing their sales. 
The service owner will be able to list multiple vendors over the platform who will also have the flexibility in using the auction feature to fast-track sales or items they want to get rid of immediately. There will be an application for cargo/courier or delivery persons or partnered courier companies and will be accordingly assign the order or ride requests. 
The drivers will ogf er their services at predefined rates set by the admin. Another objective of the platform is to serve as a state-of-the-art platform for different users to use the platform for ride sharing with two different purposes. The first service will be to avail taxi services wherein the user will select the start and destination location along with date and time. 
Based on the information provided, users will be shown dierent ride options from where they will be able to choose the best and convenient one. The rides search results will be displayed on the basis of matching algorithms i.e. the drivers who have similar interests as of the users, their profiles will be displayed first. 
Then the booking requests of the users will be sent to the drivers who have published the rides and they can accept or decline the booking request. The second service that this platform will ogf er is the car pooling service, wherein the user will publish their rides by entering their route details and can have different users join them in their ride. 
The drivers will be able to set the fare for each passenger and accordingly the users will send them the booking requests. After the booking has been confirmed, users will be able to enjoy their ride as per the confirmed timing and will be able to pay for the ride based on the payment method selected at the time of booking. 
Users will be able to add different payment options such as credit card, debit card and can even pay via cash if they wish to. Apart from this, there will be an admin/sub admin panel to manage all the functions of the platform. From here the service owner can monitor the different data and actions executed on the platform and set restrictions.

Learning Design Network, Inc. had a vision to revolutionize online learning through an immersive and interactive 3D experience in three phases: Lobby, Presentation Hall and Small Groups around Learning Activities. The lobby was a place where participants can connect with each other via video chat or explore a Gallery wall. The lobby also boasts various ice breaker rooms with captivating 3D environments, truly enhancing the user experience. 

In the next phase, participants are transported to the incredible presentation hall, where speakers present from a dynamic green screen and appear to be on a real stage inside the app. The audience can view multiple slides or videos, and with up to 500 participants in the hall, they are broken into smaller groups to participate in exhilarating learning activities.

We had a challenging app development project, and while it took longer than expected and went over budget, the team at apptunix never gave up. They worked tirelessly to overcome obstacles and delivered an exceptional product.

It would have been beneficial to receive more direction on how best to simplify the vision. Although we had an ambitious vision, having a plan to achieve incremental successes before progressing further would have been advantageous
